Fixtures, Faucets & Toilets
The small jobs matter. A running toilet wastes more water than most people believe, and a fixture installed carelessly leaks into a cabinet for a year before anybody notices.

What we install and repair
- Kitchen and bath faucets — replacement, cartridge repair, and leak fixes
- Toilets — full replacement, flange repair, wax ring and seal work, fill and flush valves, running and rocking toilets
- Sinks — drop-in, undermount, and pedestal, including drain assemblies and traps
- Garbage disposals — replacement and jam clearing
- Shower and tub valves — cartridge replacement, pressure-balance and thermostatic valve installs
- Angle stops and supply lines — the small parts that cause the big floods
- Hose bibbs and frost-proof sillcocks
- Water filtration and instant-hot units
- Pressure regulators — worth checking if fixtures keep failing
Bought the fixture yourself?
That's fine, and plenty of customers do. Two honest notes.
First, we'll install what you bought, but the manufacturer's warranty stays with you rather than running through us. If the cartridge in a bargain faucet fails in eight months, that's a return trip you'd be paying for.
Second — and we say this gently — the internals are what you're paying for in a faucet. A well-made valve body with a solid brass cartridge outlasts a shiny fixture with plastic guts by a decade or more, and on hard water that gap widens. If you want a recommendation before you buy, call us. We don't mark up fixtures aggressively and we're not offended if you shop it.
Accessibility and aging in place
Comfort-height toilets, grab bars anchored into real blocking rather than drywall, handheld shower conversions, lever-handle faucets, and curbless shower plumbing. If you're modifying a home so someone can stay in it, we'll work with you and with your contractor or OT to get the plumbing side right.
Fixtures & Faucets FAQs
How much to install a faucet or toilet?
It's a flat rate for a straightforward swap, and we'll quote it before we start. It goes up only if we find something underneath — a corroded angle stop, a rotted flange, a damaged subfloor — and we show you before we touch it.
My toilet runs constantly. Is that a big deal?
It's a small repair and a large water bill. A silently running toilet can waste hundreds of gallons a day. Usually it's a flapper or a fill valve and it's a quick fix.
Can you match a fixture in an older home?
Often, yes. Older shower valves in particular can usually be rebuilt with the right cartridge rather than replaced, which saves opening the wall. Send us a photo and we'll tell you what we're looking at.
Do you handle appliance hookups?
Yes — dishwashers, refrigerator water lines, washing machine boxes, and ice makers.
