Commercial Plumbing
When a commercial line backs up, you're not inconvenienced — you're closed. We schedule around your business, we show up when we say, and we keep the work documented for your property manager or owner.

Who we work with
- Restaurants and tasting rooms — grease lines, floor drains, three-compartment sinks, and the health-department realities that come with them
- Retail and office — restroom fixtures, water heaters, service repairs, and TI work
- Multi-family and apartments — unit turns, common-area work, and recurring drain maintenance
- Property managers — a single number for a portfolio, with clear documentation on every call
- Wineries and agricultural properties — process and domestic water, wash-down, and the plumbing side of production
- Churches, schools, and community buildings
Commercial services
Grease interceptor lines and preventive jetting. Backflow prevention device installation and repair. Commercial water heaters, including high-recovery and tankless banks. ADA fixture compliance. Tenant improvement rough-in and trim. Emergency repairs. Scheduled preventive maintenance so the emergency happens less.
On preventive maintenance specifically: a restaurant that jets its grease line on a schedule spends a fraction of what one spends closing on a Saturday night. We'll set a realistic interval based on your volume rather than selling you a contract you don't need.
Scheduling around your business
Before open, after close, or on your slow day. We'd rather work at 6am than shut down your dining room at noon. For property managers we can coordinate directly with tenants and report back to you, so you're not the middleman on every call.
Commercial FAQs
Do you offer service agreements?
Yes. For restaurants and multi-unit properties a scheduled maintenance interval usually pays for itself quickly. We'll propose an interval that matches your actual usage.
Can you invoice a property management company directly?
Yes. We're set up to work with property managers and can bill to the management company with the documentation and job detail your owners expect.
Do you work after hours?
Yes, and for most commercial customers that's the norm rather than the exception.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?
Yes — California license #1132312, fully insured, with certificates available on request for your file or your landlord's.
